Job Description:
- Manage the team and ensure all the client deliverables are met with Quality and within TAT.
- Handle client interaction and deliverables to the satisfaction of clients. Ensure process compliance to the organization standards.
- Proactively identify the resource needs by working with the Account Lead for the daily deliverables.
- Track project progress on a daily basis to anticipate issues and resolve them.
- Collect, collate and provide analyzed delivery metrics in detail to the management on a regular interval.
- Client Interaction and Handling different teams.
- Suggest and recommend appropriate tools and techniques for automation of system to improve the delivery efficiency of the team.
- Track project progress on a daily basis to anticipate issues and resolve them.
- Identify the training needs of the team by working closely with the leads.
- Proactively identify resource needs by working with the Account Lead.
- Optimum Utilization of Available resources.
- Ensure industry best practices being followed.
- Evaluate new and/or alternative solutions and technologies to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate and lead team members to their optimum performance levels and career development.
Responsibilities:
