Job Description:

  • Manage the team and ensure all the client deliverables are met with Quality and within TAT.
  • Handle client interaction and deliverables to the satisfaction of clients. Ensure process compliance to the organization standards.
  • Proactively identify the resource needs by working with the Account Lead for the daily deliverables.
  • Track project progress on a daily basis to anticipate issues and resolve them.
  • Collect, collate and provide analyzed delivery metrics in detail to the management on a regular interval.
  • Client Interaction and Handling different teams.
  • Suggest and recommend appropriate tools and techniques for automation of system to improve the delivery efficiency of the team.
  • Track project progress on a daily basis to anticipate issues and resolve them.
  • Identify the training needs of the team by working closely with the leads.
  • Proactively identify resource needs by working with the Account Lead.
  • Optimum Utilization of Available resources.
  • Ensure industry best practices being followed.
  • Evaluate new and/or alternative solutions and technologies to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate and lead team members to their optimum performance levels and career development.

Responsibilities:
