Job Description :

  • Digital Marketing manager will be responsible for both SEO and SEM activities across all LOBs.
  • S/he will mentor SEO and SEM team members to bring the best out of them.
  • Digital Marketing Manager will play a key role in overall Marketing revenue generation target.
  • In-depth understanding of Google and Bing SEO workings and PPC.
  • Hands on B2B IT Services experience in SEO and SEM.
  • Expert knowledge in website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Trends, Google Search Console)
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Clear idea on relationship among cost per click, cost per lead, and cost per customer acquisition in the B2B IT Services environment.


  • Develop SEO and SEM strategies for each LOB
  • Identify and meet the key KPIs for SEO and SEM for each individual LOB.
  • Execute and track progress of SEO and SEM activities with the help of the team.
  • Coach SEO and SEM team members for the current best practices and staying in sync with Google and Bing search algorithms.
  • Develop and present executive reports and dashboards.

Technical Skills:

SEO, Google and Bing AD, B2B IT Services experience in SEO and SEM, Team Handling.
