DESCRIPTION

• We are looking for an enthusiastic Technical Trainer to enlighten the technical competency skills of our folks.
• The Trainer will develop specialized training programs and help others develop skills that will make them better professionals.
• The person must be highly knowledgeable in their field of expertise and possess solid technical aptitude.
• Additionally, we expect the person to be an excellent communicator, able to explain complex subjects clearly and interestingly.
• Responsibilities: Devise technical training programs according to organizational requirements. Produce training schedules and class agendas.
• Determine course content according to guidelines. Prepare training materials such as presentations, worksheets, etc.
• Conduct on-site training when necessary, Arrange for and conduct off-site training when required Keep and report data on the completed courses and issues Observe and evaluate program effectiveness and make improvements.

EDUCATION AND SKILLS REQUIRED

• 3 – 6 years experience in Technical training.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Programming Language – C#, OOPS with Python (or) JAVA
• Database – SQL
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Jquery, C#, OOPS, SQL, Python (ReactJs will be an added advantage).
• Microsoft Azure – (Persone who has explored this path will have top preference).
• Salesforce – Admin, and PD1 (Added Advantage).
• Certifications of Technical languages will be an added advantage.
• Must be an excellent collaborator, go-getter, and a self-starter.
• Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking in crowds.
• TTT will be an added advantage.
