Technical Skills:

  • Manage absenteeism and attrition with the assistance from operations manager
  • Support operations manager to provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate and lead team members to their optimum performance levels and career development
  • Conducting regular knowledge sharing sessions for the team
  • Assist Operations manager to enhance operational effectiveness
  • Providing up-to-date and as-required status reporting to operations manager and all the stake holders
  • Comply with information security policies and procedures as applicable

Job Description:

  • Allocate day-to-day targets to the team members of all the teams and resolve day to day issues arising while delivering the client requirements
  • Support and provide necessary direction to Team Leads in delivering their day-to-day activities with quality
  • Provide Team Leads with necessary feedback and suggested corrective action in order to improve their deliverables ; Communicate the client feedback and feedback from other stake holders to Team Leads on time and follow up.
